#Merky FC is back with the third season of the programme that’s breaking new ground in the football industry. 

Launched in 2022 by adidas and Stormzy, The FC stands for football careers. Since its start, #Merky FC has been on a mission to create real change by boosting diverse representation in all corners of the football world—not just on the pitch but in boardrooms, creative departments, and more. 

The programme offers paid, year-long placements across top organisations, connecting young people of Black heritage with the skills, networks, and opportunities to drive a new era in football. This season, #Merky FC is expanding its impact, continuing to reshape the game and open doors for the next generation of leaders.
